I have purchased samsung power bank 16800mah from this website. order no. [protected]. I received the product on 30 march, it does not working. i filed complain on March 31 to customer care number [protected]. Which have not received any response yet. customer value is very disappointing. Its since 27 days and still I did not get any return or exchange. Its seems website are not interested in return or exchange the product. its just selling the product with the motive of swindle to people. its objective extortion money by selling defective goods is done.
