Saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd & bookmyoffer.com are fraud company. When i open my product packet i saw they send local & defective product to me. I have buy a samsung 16800mah power bank but its damage & defective product send me and not charging. No call receive and no reply customer service email. I have email customer care for refund & replace my product but they didn't reply till now. Also call customer care but not receive my call.
