BookMyShow — amount has been deducted but ticket is not booked it says transaction timeout

Tried booking ticket in bookmyshow website... Amount has been deducted but ticket is not booked it says transaction timeout for the booking. Transaction made in google pay.
I didn't receive any confirmation email for the booking... It throwed time out message
The amount of those tickets has deducted without any bookings. How long will take to refund the money
