BookMyShow — BookMyShow Amount deducted twice for same tickets - Please refund

Hello sir, myself shanthipriya, i have recently booked today (10/04/2022)4 tickets for beast movie via book my show website. I proceeded to pay for the same with gpay but it was unsuccessful and got a message from book my show that payment was failed. So then i paid with my debit card and booking was successful. Immediately after this, my first payment went successful too and my amount got deducted again. This is how my money got debited twice for the same tickets. I kindly request you to refund my money. Thank you.

Yesterday I tried booking tickets for the movie through BookMyShow, it was unsuccessful twice, but amount was deducted both the times. One amount out of both is credited back and showed refunded, but another amount is not credited yet, though showing refunded, please check at your end arrange the refund sooner. Thank you
