[Resolved] BookMyShow — cancellation of movie ticket failed | |||
I had booked tickets from bookmyshow website, booking time 11 am, after 12pm iam noticed location mistake (Iam trying to book rp mall calicut but selected rp mall kollam). Iam sent the infermation and cancelletion requst at 12: 45, i got reply from bookmyshow helpdesk..."the tickets can be canceled at least 4 hours prior to the show". How this possible my booking time is 11; am. Plaese take necessary action against the issue and refound my credited amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
