Booked 2 movie tickes for nannaku prematho First two transactions got failed and the third attempt was successful but the amount got deducted twice from my account so i paid twice for 2 tickets and they've charge convienece charges both the time but got ticke once only. Incase you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded back to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank.
