I booked a ticket for Sunday evening and i wanted to cancel or move the tickets to a different timings due to family emergency. Date of incident: Sep 18 2015 Client Name: Vishnu Balraj Booking id: WTLXHRJ If there is no way to cancel it, they should atleast give an option to move to a different timings with the theatre, but denied and said you will lose the money if you don't go on the said timing. I am in the hospital due to emergency and can't go to the show. These guys are complete rip off and are bunch of cheaters who have created this. Pay my money back (Rs. 1320) and will never book tickets through you again.

We do understand your view and would have loved to help you out, if a cancellation or change in your bookings was possible. Once a transaction is confirmed, the seats are sold at the cinema's end, we being a ticket aggregate, have to abide by the rules laid by the cinemas & cannot make any changes in your booking. These tickets can be gifted/authorized to your family/friends and you could bring a smile on their face. Hope you understand us too . Let us be practical. I do understand your situation. However it is clearly mentioned while doing the booking that once booked, the booking cannot be refunded or cancelled. I have been using bookmyshow for years now and it is the most convenient app for online bookings.
