My money was deducted but movie ticket not booked. There is no support on mobile application and customer care by phone is worse. They made me wait 20 minutes in call stating that I was no. 25 in queue and then when I became no. 1 in queue the call got disconnected. What kind of cheating is this? I called again and then I was no. 32 in queue. Why such cheating? This is really poor service, I feel like breaking down the office. I checked on internet and found many people are facing same problem. We need to stop this [censored] company and their cheating. I want my money back. Can you also give my time back?
