Booked a ticket on 9th April for Morning show i.e., 10:30 AM. And cinema didn't play the movie due to technical issues. But this wasn't intimated in prior, instead got to know after reaching destination. Raised this issue to Bookmyshow support team but they aren't concerned. It's been more than 2 weeks, still no info about refund even after raising this issue several times. Bookmyshow replying the same text saying " Thank you for your overwhelming response..." irrespective of my question.
