[Resolved] BookMyShow.com — Not get the refund in account. | |||
Hello, On11-Septemper-2013 I booked 9 tickets for CLT20 League which was held at Ahmadabad. Due to Heavy rainfall match is shifted to Jaipur. And in this case they said they will refund full amount of money within 10-15 days. But see its about 1 month and 20days gone and still i can not get my refund back into my account. I have proof of debited amount from my bank account. Whenever i mailed to them, they said, we already processed your request, . wait for few days. I can't understand all my friends get back their refunds but why shouldn't I. Please help me to sort out this issue. This is complaint against Bookmyshow.com. Was this information helpful? | |||
