I booked 6 tickets for a movie for the wrong date and time. I called the customer care, the customer service took around 40 mins to pick answer my query and till then the call was on queue. I waited for 40 minutes just to understand that my ticket will not be cancelled or modified to a different date. When I enquired about the wait time, she said it is because of some holiday and they were not able to answer the call. It's just [censored]!! Worst customer service. If a show booking service cannot modify/help customer in request then I dont see the need to use the app/service Was this information helpful? |
