BookMyShow — Did not get any Tracking number for my IPL tickets which I selected delivery mode

I've booked 5 IPL tickets for 5th April 3022 match. Still tickets are not dispatched and I'm worried. I've called thier customer care and they have no clue how to resolve this query. Please provide me ticket pickup adress I'll pick up from that place.
