BookMyShow — Did not receive refund even after 8 days

I tried to book a ticket for Venom:let there be carnage, on 18th oct 4:15pm show, my amount was deducted but i did not receive any confirmation. I tried to call their customer service a lot of times, but they did not respond. I need my money back please do something
