[Resolved] BookMyShow — error at online ticket booking but money got deducted

Hi team, I was trying to book tickets for Hobbit movie at Hyderabad from book my show app on my mobile on 9th of Dec 2014. A sum of Ra. 822 was deducted from my bank account through debit card but there was error shown and transaction got cancelled. I have not received any further message on the refund status. My mobile no. [protected]. Please grant refund as early as possible.

I have booked 4 tickets for bhale bhale magadivoye on 11.09.2015.The money got deducted and the tickets were not booked.so i request you to refund the amount back.
