I have purchased filmy pass one week ago for a upcoming movie but i haven't got any code from the website even after the payment confirmation and the website also provided a payment received confirmation also and they are not responding to my mails . How can be they just irresponsible, and the customer care number not connecting to them they are just escaping from the customer, it's just shame to them, i think this is the way they are earning lot of money by playing such tricks
