BookMyShow — Failed transaction and ticket was booked..I have multiple tickets | |||
I was trying to book the ticket in book my show from last one hour and was getting message to try later...I got my money deducted twice with message that transaction failed and finally i gave up and tried to book from different site..i didnt get any email or msg saying that ticket was confirmed so I booked from different site..Book my show website is still not showing any transaction however checked my BMS app and saw that ticket was confirmed..call BMS customer care they are responding to ask friends and family which is not acceptable and at the end I got answer stating that they have escalated further and will be responding after 48 hrs...I want my refund Was this information helpful? | |||

I was using gift voucher code; amount redeemed but because of bad connection I couldn't able to complete the transaction and now the code has been exhausted when I am trying to book it again with the code.
