I have purchased filmy pass but i haven't got any code from the bms and they are not responding to my mails and messages in whatsapp. How can be they just irresponsible, and the customer care number not connecting to them they are just escaping from the customer, it's just shame to them, i think this is the way they are earning lot of money by playing such tricks

I just booked movie kabir sing, on my hdfc net banking my account bal debit that amount, but its not done. And didn't get any reply from book my show.. Pls refund my money back.. Thanks
