[Resolved] BookMyShow — food and beverages order | |||
Hi, I have ordered food and beverages from bms app on 21st october 2018, order number is : wq9bxpt, carnival cinemas (Ameerpet). Before start of the show: I showed the order number at the counter and the guy told me that it is not updated in their system and it will take about 45 minutes to get it updated, they took pictures of the seat number and the order id so that they can give it at the seats during the movie, but it did not happen During inverval, Went and asked the same, they gave the same response and i called the bms support team and they wanted to talk to the person, and they were too busy to talk to these guys and it never happened. The bms support assured me that it will be refunded I watched the movie and left I waited but there was no response from them and now i have been following up with them for two days and they keep saying 24 hours more and keep dragging it for a 311 rps refund. Today evening i got a call saying that cinemas confirmed that they have provided the order and they cannot refund it and later on telling that i did not get any or provide me a proof of me collecting the order or they giving me the order they gave a number to contact, when called that number they informed that they do not handle the queries of the ameerpet brand While i am typing this i am still on chat with this support and they still give me the generic statements that they are looking it and will get back as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

Got call from BMS and they conferenced the call with cinemas and cinemas agreed that it was not provided and they will initiate the refund.
Now BMS still needs 5-7 days time to refund the amount. Please find the attached emails how they confused the customers and caused me of lying stating that I have collected it and it cannot be refunded.
I definitely went thought a mental torcher following up these guys once they say refund initiated and later they say I have collected and called me a lier and cannot be refunded
Attaching the emails along with dates
I need compensation for the time and mental agony I went thought with these guys

He informed that he will arrange for conference with the cinemas and BMS for resolution.
However its been more then 48 hours without the amount being refunded and the service now been provided
