BookMyShow — GST Invoice not provided on purchasing movie tickets.

I have purchased movie tickets on book my show, but I haven't received any GST invoice.
On contacting customer support, they keep repeating that I need to get in touch with the cinemas to get my invoice without providing any details about the cinemas.
