Dear sir,
I will be in Hyderabad and I have planned a 3 days holiday trip to Goa and I have planned one day for Malvan Watersports Adventure By AK Tours. When I got ready from the hotel and picked up point AK Tours told me he didn't allow me because booking shows you but I didn't get the conformation ticket I talked to him for one hour but he didn't allow me, from there I called bookmyshow customare care He was not able to give conformation to AKtours due to which I was disappointed in the whole trip. I came for 3 days plan.
Bookmyshow replied that they will give a refund. I paid money for let's enjoy the trip but book myshow & AK Tours cheated me and It's not good. cheated me together and the holiday trip was totally diopinted. Honeymoon trip is completely disappointed, they say they will give me money right now.
What I need when,
1. I want enjoy that holiday trip that day i want that..
2. I want me the total cost my holiday trip spent
3. i want to book Malvan Watersports Adventure By AK Tours for one day including flight tickets hotel bill.
