Hi my name is Javed Shaikh and I have made online booking for movie tickets for my anniversary, in human error i selected the incorrect location which almost 60 kilometres from my location, and i paid it online for the amount 305 rupees. I immediately contacted customer care executive of book my show to cancel or modify the address, but i was told that its not the policy of theatre.
As a customer of booky show it is the responsibility of booky show to resolve this type of error made in as a human error which was reported immediately even the show time was late night. Which give ample of time to resolve. But no help, its my hard earned money which was paid by my credit card and would request for a refund for the same, i will not be able to travel soo far with my wife to a different place altogether.
