BookMyShow — Money debited but ticket not confirmed

I have booked on sdc kalapana theather in kavundampalayam on today morning 8 clk..for the snow timing 10 am on Sunday jan 15 for varisu movie on seat center row box 1, 2 (2 ticket) and payment send through Google pay amount is 447.20 . Amount debited from my account but still not yet received any msg or ticket conformed msg /email.pls check and refund my money if ticket not booked. SDC kalapana
