I have booked ticket worth 281(approx.) from bookmyshow. My amount is deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the ticket message.I tried to contact bookmyshow i was confused with tollfree numbers Then I visited there blog FAQ then I get to know that my money will be refunded within 2 weeks but still i haven't recieved any msg ' Regards, vasavi hyderabad

Incase you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank. You can now get instant refunds by enabling the "Refund to My Wallet" tab from the setting section from the My Wallet settings on the app or website.
