I have booked ticket worth 281(approx.) from bookmyshow. My amount is deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the ticket message.I tried to contact bookmyshow i was confused with tollfree numbers Then I visited there blog FAQ then I get to know that my money will be refunded within 2 weeks but still i haven't recieved any msg ' Regards, vasavi hyderabad Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please share the contact details (contact number and email id) entered while transacting at [protected]@bookmyshow.com LIVE CHATS or via mobihelp as we are unable to trace any details for your transaction.
Incase you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank.
You can now get instant refunds by enabling the "Refund to My Wallet" tab from the setting section from the My Wallet settings on the app or website.
For better clarity on your concern, we would need the contact details entered while transacting.
