BookMyShow — Money got deducted but didn't get the ticket

I did the payment through the scan mode on the website. I didnt login to the website though. My money got deducted and i didnt recieve the ticket. please look into this and refund my money.

I did the payment at 11:23am IST on 17th April 2022.

Please look into this and resolve it.
