[Resolved] BookMyShow — Money not refunded after tickets were failed.

I had booked 10 tickects on 9/12/21 for spiderman no way home which got failed which cost me ₹1609.60 and so i approached their helpline which was very busy and i had to wait for 30 min to get the call. They told me that they would refund it within 24-48hrs very politely so i believed them. As i didnt receive the payment i called them again but this time they told me it would take 4-5days. Again i believed them. But now it's been 7 days. Still no refund. Now they are not even taking my calls. For each call about half hour i am waiting only for the call to get canceled.
It is a mental torture for me as it is a very large amount for me and I'm helpless and dont know what to do.
Im think of proceeding with this legally

Updated by antonbiju This is my failed ticket ss i had taken few days back now its showing cancelled. Please do the needful soon. Atleast have the courtesy of accepting calls. So many days i am only thinking about this. Not trusting bookmyshow again

I had booked a spiderman no way ticket on 12/12/2021 and was 564 rs. But te booking failed somehow and i have yet to receive the refund. I contacted their help and support but they aren't even replying.

I had booked a puspha no way two tickets on 2/01/2022 sunday and was 561.48 rs. But te booking failed somehow and i hava yet to receive the refund. I contacted their help and support but they aren't even replying.
