[Resolved] BookMyShow — No reply to emails and no follow up calls | |||||
No got any replies to my email since 1 month.Not recieved any voucher which was promised. They do not call even after commiting they will call in 48 hrs.I have to remind the every week and i feel like i am begging for the voucher which they have promised personally for their mistake in the past. They do not have any proper connect with paytm though they have done some partnership with them for bookings and payment through paytm. They actually are too busy and have become a very big company and have their monopoly in this field so i think they dont care about their customers at all. Was this information helpful? | |||||
