[Resolved] BookMyShow — Not able to avail the 50% off offer on VISA Card

Dear Bookmyshow, After availing the 10% and 30% off offer on VISA Card, I'm unable to avail the 50% off offer. It shows that I've already exhausted the offer whereas I've not availed it yet! As a proof I'm attaching a screenshot along. Please do look into the matter seriously.

Visa Debit Grand Sale offer has certain terms and conditions which need to be followed in order to avail the discount. On your first transaction using this offer, you get 10% off (maximum discount up to Rs. 50), second attempt you are eligible for 25% off (maximum discount up to Rs. 125) depending on the ticket price and third transaction availing the offer gives you 50% (maximum discount up to Rs. 250) on the ticket amount booked through our app. The screenshot shared shows that you have already exhausted the quota for the Visa card you have been using to avail the offer. We would certainly investigate your concern.
