I have amount balance in my gift voucher section which i am not able to use. Support representatives are giving stupid reasons. I got it confirmed earlier that i will be able to use the voucher with remaining amount for other bookings but now i am unable to use it. This is complete fraud and cheating with your customers. I should be able to use the balance amount in my voucher within validity in any case. You can eat up our money just like that.
