BookMyShow — Payment deducted but Tickets not booked by bookmyshow

Hello i have booked tickets for Adipurush for 16 june 2023 in advance for my parents, its my moms birthday on 16 june in advance for (Mumbai - Megaplex Inorbit mall 5.30 pm show plus beverages seat number B9 and B10). Total payment deducted from my bank is 1658 Rs/- but I have not received the tickets. No customer agent from bookmyshow helps in refund nor any mail received from book my show for refund shall be initiated and the transaction was not completed. They (bookmyshow) dont even have a dedicated customer care support calling number.
