BookMyShow — Refund amount tickets booked but not got confirmation

Tickets booked on 25/09/2022 around 4 pm to 5pm for inox at gulbarga for 6:55pm show for 5tickets for brahmastra movie through gpay amount deducted but we did not get confirmation mail or message so at inox we did not get seats and we took other tickets at counter kindly confirm and refund amount to our no. [protected]
