BookMyShow — Refund: Cinema didn't not play the movie

Address:Kasi Talkies, Ashok Nagar, Chennai

I booked a show at Kasi Talkies, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. 28th November 2021 2:00 pm show of hindi movie Antim. They played a Tamil movie instead. I did not get cancellation of show confirmation from Bookmyshow. Refund my amount as soon as possible..it has been more than 7 days.
