Hi there. I had booked a ticket for the movie kapoor and sons at maxus mall gwo weeks ago. It was the 5:15pm show and for technical reasons it got cancelled. But i've still not got any refund. I paid 400rs for a show i did not even watch! Another thing.. Your service is pathetic. Your njmber never gets through and you freaking charge for every call? Looks like all your'll wanna do is rob the customers in every way possible! I'm hoping i get a steady response on this. And if not... Rest assured i will take u to court! Because your'll are no one to rob peoples money for shows that didn't even happen!

I haven't received the refund as the show was cancelled. Its been more than 10 days. I have complained but received no response. Kindly look into the matter
