[Resolved] BookMyShow — Refund for failed online tickets booking | |||||
Hi, Today I tried to book movie ticket via bookmyshow app and after making the payment, the transaction got failed and this happened to me four times in a row. The money got deducted from my card all the four times. Can you please refund my amount and can you please improve your app and let me know the reason of my transaction failures. The refund for all 4 transactions would be processed shortly from our end and the same would reflect in your account which was used while transacting within 5-7 working days.
