[Resolved] BookMyShow — refund money not received | |
Date:[protected] Client contact: [protected]@bookmyshow.com,[protected] I booked 2 movie tickets through bookmyshow [hereafter referred as bms] mobile application on 12th of may and the ticket booking was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my account. Bms team said that the refund will be received in 5 working days but even after 10 days till today [23rd of may] there is no refund. Bms team opened the tickets for this issue in their system incident id - [#8721574], [#8684767] but when asked about the update on the refund, they are not ready to provide me an answer on it. Whenever i call them, they ask me to wait for 24 hours. The money is not received by me yet and the bms team is not replying to any of my mails. During the call, they keep me on hold for long period of time and doesn't reply on anything. I request bms team to provide me my refunded amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
