dear management, i booked 3 tickets in muktaA2 (abits) hyd. Actually i am from vizag but in excitement i did'nt check the city... so please refund my money and return to my account... or book it for the same movie at vizag... on possible dates Was this information helpful? | |||

This is Ankit katoch, my complaint no is 73623 and phone no. used for booking was [protected].
On 29/12/2014 My money (Rs.172)was deducted from my account but no ticket was generated and the hopeless helpline no. was either busy or even if connected kept me on waiting for a loooong time and they said wait for 10 working days. Even after the 13 working days I didn't get my refund. After that I called the customer care many times but I didn't get any refund till now. By calling them again and again, I have spent 30- 40 rupees talktime for that. Which should be refunded too.
Sorry to say but Book my show is a worst site for buying or booking movie tickets or merchandise...they are not the reliable ones and have the customer executives as mere phone handlers and not the problem resolvers. Its useless to book through this site and next time i would recommend everyone to stop using this site completely until they understand the value of a customer.
Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some legal against you.
