This is to infom that i made a transaction on 14th april 2019 to book red fort tickets but your website showed an error but among from my bank account was deducted. I also received the message saying i’ll get the refund in 5 days but that did not happen. I called up several times and am asked to give transaction details of my account from 14th april. While contacting costumer case i’ve been told that the refund was already initiated but i haven’t recieved it in my account so please look into it asap because it’s already been more than 6 months.
