[Resolved] BookMyShow — SBI account charged but booking failed using paytm wallet at Bookmyshow.com | |
I have tried to book my 3 tickets on 15th july, 2015 on bookmyshow using SBI netbanking. I have used payment option using PAYTM wallet at BMS but the transaction failed somehow and i got a option either to RETRY or GO HOME and i chose to repay. Then i got a message from SBI that your account has been deducted for RS.168 with no ticket confirmation at all. I am not not sure that BMS has received my money or not but SBI webpage shows that money is transfered to INB Avenue india Pvt. LTD.Please help me to get my refund back.
I am attaching photo of my SBI transaction with transaction ID.

In case of an unsuccessful transaction, the amount gets refunded back into the respective account within a maximum of 5-7 working days from the transaction date.
