It's been a week and I didn't get my refund for the show that had been canceled.I bought TWO tickets and still have not gotten the refund. I've been trying to contact you for too long but no one answers the customer care number and no one replies on the chat counter. it's really frustrating I am now going to complain against you or refund my money asap ₹582.24 for the Kotigobba 3 movie, which had been canceled on 14 October across all the multiplex/theaters.
