Bookmyshow-sunburn Groove Cruise — Need support since the company isn't helping at all

Hi,

I got a message from BookMyShow 10days ago and I've been continuously trying to reach to them for support, neither BookMyShow nor Sunburn Groove is helping at all.

I'm not sure is that official or not because I just got one message after that no official mail or anywhere on social media or anything I'm not sure was it real or a Spam and I've trying to clear that out for past 10 days and no way to connect with them on voice and no reply on mails as well.

If it's really rescheduled I want to cancel this ticket and want a full refund of Rs 81820(Eighty one thousand eight hundred and twenty rupees) . Saying it has been rescheduled to another date is easy for these guys, the kind of load, stress and loss of money it causes us it's very hard for you guys to understand. I've already done booking of other things as well, like afterwards stay and flight booking. All of that will almost cost us the same amount as the amount of the ticket .Who's going to provide a refund for that? Because for us you guys are responsible for that as well so how can we get all the refund that we have paid for. I need a quick update on this since only few days are left. I was looking forward to buying a Goa Sunburn ticket as well but now it's out of the question after this huge negligence towards (regular) customer.
