[Resolved] BookMyShow SUP — No Refund but money debited from account | |||
Hi, This is pertaining to the below incident that i had raised by sending a mail on your helpdesk email id but i am waiting to hear anything from your representatives. I have called your number close to 50 times but cant get through and when i do get through I am put in a queue which then drops me out the moment i reach in the queue to number 4 or 5 in the queue. Incident:[protected] I was trying to book a ticket for Dhoom 3 in Cinemax Soul Space Arena Bangalore for the 6 P.M Show ( 2 Gold Class Seats) for Tuesday 24/12/2013 wherein the money has been debited from my bank account for the amount 596.18 but i see this error when it was being redirected to bookmyshow website which was instantaneous. I have a rock solid broadband connection at home ( beyond 16Mbps) so nothing was wrong on that front. Transaction Details :- NET Payment, 727037 At Book My Show On 21/12/2013 18:18 No one in bookmyshow is picking up the phone for last few hours so hence reply to this mail at the earliest.
