BookMyShow — Ticket got confirmed but not allowed in theatre by saying bad transaction ticket

Please find booking confirmation details but in theatre they didn't allowed by saying bad transaction ticket. At least refund our tickets amount. We had a bad experience becouse of bookmyshow.
