[Resolved] BookMyShow — Tickets not recived at the counter

Sir, I booked IPL match ticket for 1st may on Sat Apr 11 23:22:06 IST 2015 (TXN- MOBAND[protected]-1) It has been more than 13 days now and still I have not got tickets from the counter. When I call customer care of bookmyshow they tell that I will be told to collect the ticket only 2 days before the match day due to some technical problem . I am telling them that I won't be able to come 2 days before, they are neither cancelling the ticket also.kindly do the needful.
