Hi Team,
This is the second time, that I am facing the same error, and hence resulting in loose of my one time offer.
Today I tried to book two tickets and all went good till the last error occurred saying : Failed to book Tickets.
Accordingly I have attached the screenshot of the error message.
I have no problems in booking the tickets again, but what matters is, that I have availed an offer, Cashback offer from IDFC Bank, which is valid only once per month.
And now, when I have availed the same, the tickets were not booked due to some error from BMS.
I want my offer back, and can't bare to loose the same just because of a failure from your side.
