Hi, I am sathya from bellandur, bangalore. I tried booking a ticket for Jigarthanda at CineMax today, but failed, twice. Money was debited from my CITI A/c but ticket transaction didn't succeed. I also got two mails & sms-es saying that my transaction didn't succeed. Can you please let me know when the money will be re-credited to my account? We have had a through investigation on your query and would like to inform you that the amount is not claimed by BookMyShow, however, in case of being charged for an unsuccessful transaction the amount would be refunded to your account within 10 working days. Money refund for cancelled transaction
Hi BookMyShow team, I tried to book 2 movie tickets today. The amount got deducted from my account but at the end the transaction got cancelled. Can i know when will i be getting my money?mail and sms not get
