I booked tickets on Book My Show online on 1st Nov'22 for the MLTR Tour in Mumbai - Phoenix Mall (on 4th Dec) Booking ID - VNVN011U76BDHD.
But the ticket that I received was for the Pune event on 7th!
When I checked the webpage again, I realised that the payment link for the Mumbai event, wrongly gets directed to the Pune event. I sent an email to the BMS team along with the link stating the error seeking resolution.
I got an email that my complaint has been raised - reference ID[protected].
Since then I have been chasing the team but just not getting a resolution. All I get are templatized responses as reps are not even bothering to go through details.
Not only are you guys not willing to give me the correct tickets despite me booking the event so much in advance, you are now not willing to even refund the amount I paid. And this is because your system had an error. How can you not even manage a simple payment link and tag it to the right event! This is the most basic expectation
What's worse is that now you are harrowing a customer further by not even refunding the money/ issuing correct tickets!
