BookMyShow — Wrong sold out information given on app

Recently i booked ipl tickets for the game csk vs gt …. I wanted to book tickets for mi vs csk match but it shows full … when i was booking the tickets it showed mi vs kkr tickets are full and not available… now it is available… its wrong on your part to show the match tickets is full when its not … so i want to ask if i will be able to modify or cancel the ticket to mi vs csk if its available… expecting a favourable reply to my complaint
