Bookmyvaccation — Given False Commitment

I had planned to go kerla and i booked an Package for 3days, paid 6000. Today i called them and asked regarding the Package they didnt gave an proper response. I tried so many times finally they lift and said some vendors problem so cant arrange your trip, Finally I asked an Refund to book some other travels. But they Cooly said will refund the amount Later. At 1st they continously called and explained about the package and send an account details, they tell me within 30mins transfer the half of the amount. I trsansferred though, once they got the Money didnt gave proper response. 1st thing is they gave an false Commitment and not gave an proper response. Really i lost my Patience and got more Stressed. this company gave an false commitment. Kindly clear the Problem ASAP. Address

Updated by Keerthi yadav I had Raised an complaint regarding above mantioned details, but still its not resolved. They Said will Refund your money within 36Hrs, but not refunded til now 8days over, If i asked meant they said you raised an complaint so will see. Everything Will Done from BookmyVaccation.com Only. On saturday i called and Asked regarding an Money Refund, But they Cooly said you raised an Complaint againt my Company, so resolved that Complaint will check and refund your money. Also said call on monday. i called them but they said company leave so call on tuesday, again i called today(tuesday) but there is no response. Please help me to get back my money ASAP. Bcoz my planned trip was cancelled, i got more stressed till now. Please do me a Favour. I had attached what they said to me in Voice recording. Please help me out. Day by day am getting more stressed and fructuated, i totally lost my patience and everything. So belive you to solve my Problem ASAP. i tried to attach voice recording but its not added.

Please help me... Its my humble request to you. till i didn't received my money 6000Rs from them. Just i called them and asked the money but they are given the proper responsed to me and i said to that person i had all the proof's regarding this also if you didnt refund my money i filed an complaint against you and send an notice to your company but they said whatever you want do no problem for us. Kindly take an serious action to them. I had all the recording and mail proof's with me what they said at 1st and last what they said. So Please i Kindly request you to clear this issue, bcoz its already 10days over. they said within 36hrs ll refund my money, but no steps taken from them also they refused and not giving proper response. Totally i had lots of stressed and all. I hope you can do me favour.

Am Daily Sending/Updating My Complaints but till i didnt return back my money. Really its too hurted and lottts of stressed in my life facing from the Company Bookmyvaccation. Can you Pleasse take a Serious action to this complaint. I saved this money ll take more than 8months for my 1st wedding aniversary but everything ll be lost. On my weddind day i had only 1000rs in my hand, So we didnt celebrated my aniversary. For this problem i cant do my work properly in my office, i lost everything. I hope you can Understand my All problems which i had faced regards that Company Bookmyvaccation. Please do me favour.
