Respected Sir

This regarding Tata Indicom Photon Plus connection I had back in 2011. I had HSIA 1GB plan monthly which was Rs. 650 monthly rental.

After several months of usage (upto one year of being a loyal customer paying all the bills on time) I decided to upgrade to unlimited plan which cost around Rs. 900. I went to local centre in chembur to talk to an executive regarding the change and he said from next monthly cycle it will be changed.

The following month I used the net as though it was unlimited. I did not know one can check the plan online....

I am getting unauthorised flash messages of MY-DIVE-IN-PLANET on my Tata Indicom(UP WEST) mobile no. 9258317962.These messages prompt me to download obscene wallpapers, ringtones etc.These messages are coming every few minutes on my CDMA mobile.I have been fed up of this.I have talked to the customer care representatives, but they do not have any solution for this.Please deactivate this unauthorised application on my mobile or I will end up using your services....

My mobile number is 9229970049. I am receiving unwanted flash messages any time . If by mistakes once click on button they deduct 12 Rs. . I complained in customer care but they not refund my money and also they are not stop the flash services on my number. Hello CustomerCare, I am M.Janardhan, once a WI_Max broadband Internet subscriber in 2008.Since there is no feasibility or tower access to anew place where I moved, I withdraw my subscription in 2008/09 and suppose to get a refund of 2000/- that time but still was getting bills. I made many many follow ups with nodal officers, visited branch, called customer care but all the time it was one automated message I used to receive that we are looking into it. Tata Indicom Broadband Service Request no. 16165806 - Unable to access internet since beginning of Aug 2014 1. When I tried to register the complaint about not being able to browse internet between 1st Aug 2014 to 8th Aug 2014, customer service gave a purposefully evasive reason that Server in my area is down and refused to note down the complaint. We have Tata Indicom's broadband service installed at our flat. We have submitted one complaint to Tata Indicom broadband services that our Internet is not working. The complaint was registered on 6th August 2014. From that day onwards whenever we call the customer care they promise that problem will be solved in next 24 hours but no one comes to our place and problem still persists. We are unable to do many things because of unavailability of Internet. Please take proper action against them as its almost 7 days and they did not provide a solution to our problems....

This is just to inform everyone that how TATA is not at all concerned about their customer and how they do not value their customers who are there with them since 5 years.

) so personally gone to tata docomo customer care on 29th june 2014.and lodge complain but
still I suffering from this problem. So please guide me.it is very painful for me for

I had taken a corporate connection (Ph-9289415830), but due to frequent call drops and an abysmal network, decided to switch to other network providers.
