Hi All,

This is just to inform everyone that how TATA is not at all concerned about their customer and how they do not value their customers who are there with them since 5 years.

I had an account with TATA vsnl broadband (gunchu@vsnl.net) since 5years and i have been using it regularly however due to renovation and reconstruction of my house i was not able to use the account or recharge it as i knew i will not be able to use it till the renovation is completed. I chanchala gupta actually I AM not able to send sms properly specially group sms and maximum
time failed even I talked to that particular no (example 9831184844 etc and so many no like this
) so personally gone to tata docomo customer care on 29th june 2014.and lodge complain but
still I suffering from this problem. So please guide me.it is very painful for me for
continuation 8yrs tata indicum connection I have to porting to another co. even I don’t want to
change and totally your bad service and bad response is responsible for lost your customer.

Hi, My mobile number is 9213815201, I requested two times to portin to some other operator, but this is the second time I am getting a reply from the other operator that Tata Indicom has rejected the portin request (request is cancelled by Donor). I had taken a corporate connection (Ph-9289415830), but due to frequent call drops and an abysmal network, decided to switch to other network providers. I requested for Closure on 29May 2014 only, but they closed my account of 8th June. (My billing goes 6th to 6th) Hence charging me for the month of June as well.. I made a complaint on the 17th of April regarding my Internet signal dropping so they sent over an engineer to solve the problem he said the signal had been dropping because a new building which is being constructed near mine had been blocking the signal so he said that he would have to get a longer cable cause he has to take the antenna box and fix it on the terrace in order to get signal so he had to request for a longer cable. have been using tata photon. my internet speed went down to 0.04 MBps since 8th. Have called 8-9 times about my problem but they keep saying it will be solved within 4 hours. My complaint ID are 410155177 and 410264861. when i want to register complaint about their no response they keep registering it as technical issue and stonewall my issues. the nos they have provided for nodal officer Aswini Anand etc are also not working. I have been using Tata Indicom Internet for the past 10 + years and their service was good. For the past 3 odd years the service has gone drastically down and with a very bad service. Internet first of all is extremely expensive and to top that Internet goes down 10-15 times a week due to issues like server down, cable problem etc. Additionally when ever the power in our area Sahakarnagar-2, Pune goes off the Internet will go off there is 0 backup for us. I tried to take a connection from other service providers such a reliance which I have found good when I was using their wimax connection...

I was used a mobile no. 9212136511 of Tata indicom. The number was used by me as an individual capacity. When i close the mobile number the company has made a churnout fee and shown as a corporate capacity. When i was used an individual capacity why i pay the churnout fee as a corporate capacity. I purchased a Tata Photon Max wifi data card from a Tata Docomo store in Chennai on 19/3/2014. I opted in the 3GB 650 per month plan, and was promised a speed of upto 6.2Mbps. In the one week of use, the speed has not gone above 0.4Mbps....

I am the customer of Tata Photon Plus service from December 2011. As per my subscription plan, the Download bandwidth should be 3.1Mbps & Upload bandwidth should be 1.5Mbps. The subscription charges are Rs.650/- per month, for 3GB usage. Since there is a network sharing by multiple subscribers, the bandwidth can go down to a minimum of 30% of the plan bandwidth, which should be ~1.0Mbps for download & ~500Kbps upload during peak hours.
