Boopathy Agencies — Inverter Services without reason and without bill | |||
Dear Sir, I am failling a complaint againts Boopathy Agencies, Vellore I have bought two batteries and two inverters from this Boopathy Agency.They give 2 years warranty period for the inverter. After the service duration period I face some issue in my inverter. so I gave the inverter for service they charged RS 800 for service. Even though they are not ready to say extract problem in the inverter and they are not ready give a bill for that as well. 2. After 2 years of warranty if there is ny problem occur in inverter it is chargable ...All over the India it is the same thing
3.You were not ready to pay the money for fault which occurred after 2years ...You acted greedy...You were looking for FREE service and tried to save 800rd.
4. It is not a dealers problem to rectify the errors and provide you the service after the warranty period is over. BUT WE HELPED YOU BY CALLING OUT inverter technician (not our shop technician) and resolved the problem.
5. he charged you 800 rs..and these technicians won't provide bill copy .
6. DO YOU GET BILL FOR DOING ELECTRICAL WORK from YOUR electrician ...
Think before you post and try to change your mentality ...and start paying money for the services and please don't look around for FREE STUFFS EVERYWHERE...
