Bootees.in — not receiving shirt or refund

I have placed the order at bootes site on 19 december 2018 the white dub panda t shirt my order no is r[protected] and from december month i am calling and sending mails to bootes but they are extending the dates till now i have not recieved any tshirt or refund from that fraud company and when i called bootes customer care executive she says you will not get the refund and t shirt do whatever you want to do now what will i do i can just wait from the help from consumer complaints
